A three levels villa of total BUA 456m2 (Gr, Fr & Sec.) were CENTROID was responsible for the full face-lifting of the internal spaces function based on the resident’s needs. Additionally, the whole land plot landscape (705m2) was redesigned to create an environment for recreational activities
