A short listed competition for a residential compound located in Sheikh Zayed Green Belt with a land area of 21,000m2, the compound comprises of around 34 Villas varying between Stand Alone Villas and Twin Villas ( B+G+1 ), in addition to recreational area ( Swimming Pools, Kids Area zone and Tennis Court.
The design intent is to adopt simple and modern forms and using local finishing materials.
