Length facade overviewing River Nile directly, Centroid Architects ; winner of a short listed contest was nominated to plan and design the highlighted location to embrace an iconic mixed use complex including commercial ,office , residential and entertainment facilities , in addition to a 5stars hotel(s) having panoramic exposure to the unique view wrapping the project from North East to West East overlooking both Zamakek and Warraq islands . The total BUA of the project was 703,500 m2 in addition to 215,000 m2 basement on 2 floors
